Welcome to Miss Kitty Litter Vintage.com  – we hope you enjoy your visit and adhere to the terms and conditions listed here.

 

Postage Costs

There is a one of postage cost of £4.95 on the site for the United Kingdom. Items will be sent Second class Recorded Delivery.

For overseas, there are additional handling costs.

When you click on your country from the drop down menu in the Checkout, you will see the postage cost that applies to you.

For Europe £4.95+£2

For USA £4.95+£3

For Australia, Asia and others £4.95+£4

 

As soon as we have cleared payment we will then dispatch the order within 7 working days. As all of our orders are sent recorded delivery you will need to arrange collection. If you would like your order to be sent to your place of work then please email us and we'll endeavour to make the process as easy as possible. If , however, you miss delivery you will then be responsible for organising collection.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days, please let us know.

 

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. Goods will be despatched once payment is received in full.

 

Refund Policy

Please bear in mind when purchasing anything from Miss Kitty Litter Vintage that these items are vintage. That means they have lived before, and as such may have their own little charms and idiosyncracies! All measurements are listed on the site. Please measure something of your own clothing and compare. If you are in any doubt about the size of an item, think twice about buying it.

We will accept returns within 14 days of  purchase for a full refund MINUS postage costs. Items must be returned to us in their original state and items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

If you are outside the 7 day period we can offer a credit note or exchange up to the value of your original purchase (minus P&P) upto 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return an item to Miss Kitty Litter Vintage please note the following:

1. You must contact us by email at returns@misskittylittervintage.com, outlining the reasons for your return. If no contact is made via email prior to you returning an item, then your return will not be processed.
2. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.
3. Postage costs are non - refundable. However, although we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, all postage costs will be reimbursed.
4. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

The refund will be credited back to your PayPal account within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
Once you have emailed us, you will be given an address to send returned items to.

 

Item Descriptions

Please remember these items are Vintage (20 years + in age) and have experienced a fabulous life in many cases - hence their charm!

Miss Kitty prices items accordingly and ages them when she knows which era they are form. If an items has no specific vintage era or age attached to it, that's because we are not quite sure when it's from and we don't want to mislead, you the customer. We are always endeavouring to find out as much as we can about our items, and will update accordingly if we find any new information!

 

Sizing

Vintage sizes are quite different from modern sizes - body shapes were different throughout the decades and the sizes on the garments usually mean nothing.

All garments are measured, and the sizes listed in inches and centimetres - please measure your own garments this way and then compare. Any questions about sizes, please email us at sizing@misskittylittervintage.com

 

Photos

Please remember that no photograph can be colour perfect - the photo's may be adapted slightly to give a better likeness to the actual colour.

You must not use any of the photographs, text or graphical images from this for any reason whatsoever, unless given written permission from ourselves. You must not misuse this website.

 

Other

As with most internet sites, if there is trouble accessing the site or system failure, maintenance or repair, we will not be held responsible.

 Liability - Miss Kitty Litter Vintage  will not be held liable for any loss of earnings, damage to the products whilst in transit, slow delivery if it is the fault of the delivery service.
